About Us

Christ College of Engineering (CCE), established in 2015, is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram; and is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi. This college was founded at a time when starting a new engineering college was not considered as a sensible proposition. In its short span of existence, exceeding all expectations and proving all critics wrong, Christ College of Engineering has managed to create ripples on the academic front in the university, so much so that today the college is being recognized as one of the best self-financing engineering colleges in Kerala.
Staff and students are at the center of this success story. No stone is being left unturned in ensuring that along with academics, the students get the right amount of exposure required for tomorrow’s successful global citizen, through the various initiatives held at this campus. With the kind of transformative learning model in place here, the college is well on its way to making a positive impact on our society and nation at large.

Association day of Computer Science & Engineering

The Computer Science and Engineering department organised their Association day in all colours. A lecture on “Cybersecurity and Forensic Safety '' was delivered by Mr. Neeraj O., from TechbyHeart, Kochi. Numerous expos on Generative AI and a Project Expo was held on the day. The event attracted many students from various colleges. Different Gaming stations, AR-VR station, and Drone expo were highlights of the day. Students developed numerous applications like Venue booking app, Canteen management Software, Activity Point Calculator, Grievance cell app. The department organised various cultural competitions and a Pro-show. THe program was well organised by the effective leadership of the Head of Department, Dr. Vince Paul, Staff Coordinator, Ms. Jasmine Jolly and Student Coordinator, Sai Prasad of S5 CSE.

Beach Hack 5

Flagship event of Computer Science & Engineering

Beach Hack is a 24-hour hackathon, which brings computer programmers and software developers, to collaborate and find innovative solutions to some of the problems we face in our society; and simultaneously improve their critical and creative thinking. Beach Hack 5, much awaited 5th season of beach hack, is to be held on the 29th and 30th of December 2022, on the shores of Vadanappilly Beach. It creates a space for college students and provides them with a helping hand to think from a different perspective.

Techletics 2022

Techletics 2022 is the official techfest of Christ

Techletics 2022 is the official Technical Festival of Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakuda. What sets it apart from other colleges around the state is the due importance it gives for both technical and cultural events. This, in turn, benefits and develops students and people from all walks of life. Each time this flagship event has got bigger and better; and expectations are high for the next edition of Techletics.

Maschinen Fest 2023-24

Techno-Cultural Event of ME Department

Dive into the heart of engineering brilliance at Maschinen Fest 2023, meticulously crafted by the Mechanical Engineering students association RPM. This week-long spectacle unfolded with a cascade of events, featuring thrilling technical competitions, enlightening workshops, and insightful seminars. As the excitement crescendoed, the grand finale on November 17th was a symphony of innovation. The final day transformed into a mesmerizing Auto Show Extravaganza, where cutting-edge designs and mechanical marvels took center stage. Attendees were treated to a visual feast of roaring engines and sleek automotive innovations. Following this spectacle, the Pro Show enchanted the audience with mind-bending displays of technological prowess, leaving everyone in awe. As the night sky embraced the celebration, a pompous DJ took the stage, turning the event into a vibrant dance floor. Maschinen Fest 2023 wasn't just an event; it was an immersive journey where technology, innovation, and celebration converged, leaving a lasting imprint on the memories of all who attended.

2019-23 Batch

Christ College of Engineering and Academic Excellence go hand in hand. Both have almost become synonymous now. We don’t say so, but our exploits do. Take the case of our 2019-23 batch of students They have brought unbridled joy to the entire Christ Community here by virtue of their stupendous academic performance. Be it their Final Semester results, their overall 4-year result, or the performance of the Civil Engineering batch in particular; they have kept the flag of Christ College of Engineering flying high.
