folder Required Documents for Admission
- Print out of the CCE data entry form.
- Admit Card of the Entrance Examination.
- Allotment Memo and Fee receipt.
- SSLC or any relevant records to prove date of birth.
- Plus Two Certificate.
- Originals of Certificate and Mark list of the qualifying exam.
- Nativity proof, wherever applicable/as required.
- Transfer certificate and conduct certificate from the institution where the candidate studied last.
- Relieving order and certificate of good conduct for candidates in Government service, Scheduled Bank, etc.
- Migration Certificate for students who qualify from other universities.
- Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued for state education purpose if applicable.
- Community Certificate if applicable.
- Medical Board certificate for Persons with Disabilities and fitness certificate for MCA course, if applicable.
- Income & Community Certificates for SC/ST and OEC reservation, if applicable.
- EWS Certificate issued by Village Officer, if applicable.
- Four copies of passport size photograph, Copy of Aadhar, and original certificates enclosed with the application printout.
All certificates must be valid on the admission date and produced for verification at the time of admission.

- Conduct Certificate – should be issued within the last six months.
