About

As part of building a strong startup ecosystem in Kerala, one of Talrop's goals is to bridge the industry-academic gap within 5 years. For this, Talrop has introduced the '10000 Jobs Mission' at selected colleges across Kerala as the first phase. This mission is coordinated by Talrop's placement platform Jobified, students are moulded into industry-ready professionals by Talrop's edtech platform Steyp and are placed through Talrop's IT services job platform Tegain. Initially, students from the first year of college were given orientation about the program and interested students were interviewed. 15 students who are shortlisted and joined from the college are undergoing training under expert engineers. The students who complete this training in their first year of college are given part-time opportunities in their second year of college and once graduated, they are placed at Talrop and associated companies. Talrop's 10000 Jobs Mission project is handled in Christ College of Engineering, Irinjalakuda by Ms. Anmary Jiju who is the Co-founder of Jobified and the Business Development Head at Talrop.
