Board Room
The Boardroom at CCE is one of those places where key meetings take place. Be it the meeting of the members of Christ Educational and Charitable Trust, or the Governing Body of CCE meeting up, or simply our College’s Academic Council meeting; the Boardroom is where key decisions having far-reaching consequences are taken. This room has been a mute witness to many a visionary and at the same time comprehensive discussions. Not many actually get to sit around the sprawling long table here.
Conference hall
The Conference Hall at CCE is where Pre-placement talks by Recruitment Companies, Important Seminars, Webinars, Various Students Club meetings, Student chapter meetings of Professional Bodies, Departmental Association meetings and Complete Staff meetings take place. The infrastructure arrangement present here provides a unique ambience that psychologically helps in fast tracking our students into becoming a professional and global citizen.
Amphitheatre
A circular or oval area of ground around which rows of seats are arranged on a steep slope, for watching plays, sports, etc. outside.
CNC
CNC stands for computer numerical control and these machines play an important role in the manufacturing industry. These complex machines are controlled by a computer and provide a level of efficiency, accuracy and consistency that would be impossible to achieve through a manual process.
Central computing facility
The Central Computing Facility serves as the focal point of computing resources, which are shared by all the departments and College office. The working hours of this facility is from 8:40am to 4:30pm on all College working days. The Central Computing Facility has a total of 60 computers in a single lab interconnected via LAN. The CCF is equipped with an online UPS system which supports the uninterrupted power supply to the facility including the network.
Auditorium
The Open Auditorium at CCE is where public gatherings take place, accomplishments are felicitated, and performances are showcased. Many eminent dignitaries and celebrities have graced the gatherings here; and this is the place where we have been publicly acclaimed for our academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements in our short span of existence. The Auditorium is the place to be during Cultural fests and Association days when it is lit up with vibrant performances and activities.
Hostel
Each hostel room is furnished with a cot, chair, reading table and cupboard. Provision stores are located in the hostels where students can buy essentials such as mattresses, pillows, buckets, mugs, locks, stationeries, books, soaps etc. The hostels are compounded with security detail and security cameras. Wardens are available 24×7. A Doctor is also available.
Central library
The library occupies a prominent position and it is an important and integral part of the teaching programme. It is not merely a depository of books, but an active workshop instrument in the production of or original thinking. The aim of college education and college libraries in inter-related. College library extends opportunities for self-education to the deserving and enthusiastic students without any distinction. These libraries develop in each student a sense of responsibility.
Campus Cafe
Cafeteria is the favourite place for the students. The food is moderately priced and adheres to the standards of hygiene and nutrition, a variety of south Indian food and snack items are provided to the students and staff of the college. Adequate seating facilities are provided to accommodate students as well as staffs.
Facilities for Differently abled
Our college is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all students. To support differently-abled individuals, the campus is equipped with ramps for easy access to buildings, wheelchairs available on request, and a lift for convenient movement between floors. These facilities ensure that every student can navigate the campus with ease and dignity.
Sports Facilities
Our college offers excellent sports facilities spread across 21 acres, including 20 acres for outdoor games and 1 acre for indoor sports and gymnasium activities. The campus includes grounds and courts for football, volleyball, cricket, basketball, handball, tennis, badminton, kabaddi, netball, hockey, kho-kho, korfball, and athletics, along with facilities like a synthetic tennis court, jumping pit, and an indoor pole vault area.
