Competitive Coding
Coding is a skill that translates into many career paths and enhances many others. A 60-hr training in coding is provided here not just for the above mentioned reason, but also to make our students more versatile and valuable to employers. This training while sharpening their reasoning and logic skills; strengthens their ability to work with data.
Young Professional Self Development Program
This training program at the beginning of each of the first five semesters is aimed at motivating the students in developing lifeskills and work skills required to be a successful professional, which in turn results in a rewarding career. Students are made aware of their shortcomings and are given tasks to complete to overcome these shortcomings.
Mock Interview
Mock Interviews provides our students an opportunity to practice, receive feedback and improve their skills. A mock interview also helps them develop interview strategies, enhance their communication skills, answer challenging questions, and ease their nerves before an actual job interview. Our students are more confident after going through a mock interview.
LinkedIn & Networking
Networking can help our students discover new job opportunities, gain career advice, and increase their chances of being recommended for positions. LinkedIn is one of the most powerful networking platforms on the net and its potential to boost our students’ professional growth has necessitated a 20-hr online training for our students for effectively utilizing this platform.
Aptitude Training
30-hr Aptitude training basically helps a student in developing problem solving skills in a time bound manner. Speed and accuracy is of paramount importance here. Since aptitude tests are effective predictors of job performance, creating a good impression at the very beginning of a recruitment drive via the Aptitude Round is very important.
Group Discussion
Group Discussion (GD) is a round in the Interview Process where basically a candidate’s emotional intelligence, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills are evaluated. We provide one full-day GD training for our students. The mock GD sessions help the students to explore different perspectives and improve their ability to communicate, collaborate, and present ideas effectively within a group setting.
