Battalion of Electrical Techno Artificers (beta)
The Battalion of Electrical Techno Artificers, (BETA) – Association of Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, was established in Christ College of Engineering on 12th March 2017. Ms. Sheeja Jose, Assistant Engineer at Kerala State Electricity Board, Kattor officially inaugurated the function and the released the logo. The association play a crucial role in connecting students, educators, and professionals, fostering collaboration, and promoting the advancement of knowledge and skills in the domain of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The mission of BETA is to unite and support individuals passionate about Electrical and Electronics Engineering by providing a platform for learning, networking, and professional development. We aim to advance the field and its practitioners through education, research, and collaboration. Key Objectives - Education: To promote excellence in electrical and electronics engineering education through workshops, seminars, and technical presentations. Networking: To facilitate connections among students, faculty, and industry professionals to enhance learning and career opportunities. Professional Development: To offer resources and opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Research and Innovation: To encourage and support research projects and innovation in electrical and electronics engineering. Community Engagement: To engage in outreach activities that benefit the community through engineering expertise. Activities and Initiatives of Beta are Technical seminars and webinars on cutting-edge topics, workshops and training sessions on industry-relevant tools and technologies, research paper presentations and conferences, Collaborations with industry partners for internships and job opportunities, community service and outreach projects and student chapter affiliations with national and international engineering organizations.
