Hackathon conducted by Department of Computer Science at Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda
Hackathon conducted by Department of Computer Science at Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda as part of Zephyrus 7.0- the annual technological summit had participants from Christ College of Engineering. The programme was conducted in the span of two days with the first round (prelims) on first day and final round on second day for which only 7 teams were selected.The second team including Aadhil Ali, Abhinav TS, Adithdev VP and Adhil Joseph from S1 CS A bagged second prize and their topic was "Risk Management". They made a website that helps differentiate between fake news and the truth.

Hackathon conducted by Department of Computer Science at Christ College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda as part of Zephyrus 7.0- the annual technological summit had participants from Christ College of Engineering. The programme was conducted in the span of two days with the first round (prelims) on first day and final round on second day for which only 7 teams were selected. The team including Aneena Josan, Algia Joy, Angelina Joy P and Alana K from S1 CS A bagged First prize and their topic was "Quantum Computing". They made an app that groups students based on complementary skill set, flags students in need of help and gives suggestions for areas of improvement.

We are delighted to announce that our students Nidhin Raj M (S2 CS D), Emil Shain and Anugrah Vibi (S2 CS B) & Kailas V Sharji (S4 CS B) secured the Second Runner-Up position at ASTRAVA โ 24 Hour Innovation Hackathon, organized by Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bengaluru held on 6th & 7th March 2026.
Colloquium 2026 (RSCโ26) on Generative AI and Agentic AI
We are delighted to share that Harikrishna T S (S4 CSDS) and Sreeram R (S4 CS B) had their research poster titled โMachine LearningโBased Chronic Cardiovascular Disease Prediction Using Carotid Biomarkers Derived from CIMTโ shortlisted and presented at the Research Scholarsโ Colloquium 2026 (RSCโ26) on Generative AI and Agentic AI, held at SSN College of Engineering, Chennai, in association with IEEE CS Madras, CSI Chennai, and ACM Chennai Chapters.
