FOSS Cell
Free and open-source software (FOSS) cell at CCE, is a community of passionate students and faculties, who have come together for the cause of promoting and contributing to Free and Open Source Software. The cell strives to bring more student developers into the open-source community and thereby leading to FOSS promotion within the institution. This cell was established under the Department of Computer Science & Engineering in the year 2021.

Computer Society of India CSI
The Computer Society of India (CSI) chapter of Christ Engineering of College was inaugurated by the Kerala state student coordinator Dr. M V Rajesh on 4th March 2020. He shared his expertise and experiences on being a member of the CSI and apprised the students of its advantages and the various opportunities it offers. He appreciated the endeavours undertaken by the college and its keen interest in such pursuits.

The IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Council is a specialized body within an IEEE Student Branch, dedicated to computer science and related technology fields. Comprised of passionate student volunteers, their mission is to offer students opportunities to learn, collaborate, and stay updated in the ever-evolving world of computer science. They organize workshops, seminars, coding competitions, hackathons, and networking events, connecting students with professionals. This council enhances the educational experience for computer science and technology students, helping them develop skills, build relationships, and stay informed about the latest tech trends
