Yoga Day
The online session on "Yoga for Stress Relief and Mental Well-being" witnessed enthusiastic participation from faculty members, students, and staff. The session emphasized the importance of yoga in promoting physical health, mental wellness, mindfulness, and stress management, inspiring participants to adopt a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
